The Hendricks Exercise Place is located on main street in the quaint old bank building. The one room building has been transformed into a fitness center. This unique setting will offer comfortable surroundings for your workout. The location offers main street parking and safe access to exercise any time of day or night. The Exercise Place is available 24 hours a day. No Excuses! Everyone can benefit by implementing the overload principle. Our muscles are made for use and will gain strength no matter how old we are. All new members will receive a key card for access and an orientation session which includes a demonstration of all
machines, safety tips and general rules to follow while exercising. Please
